MOMO, organised by Motel Mozaïque, mixes music, performance and art across multiple locations in Rotterdam, with a line-up that puts emerging international talent next to more established names.

New names added to the MOMO Festival 2026 programme

The 28 newly announced acts are:

Abel Ghekiere, Abel Natürlich, Beattie, Bonsai, Brui5er & Viki, Crybabies, Devon Rexi, Elisa Zuppini, FAST DE, Fellatio, Grote Geelstaart, Helena Casella, holybones, Ibrah Jackson, Illnoledge, KAGAMI, Man/Woman/Chainsaw, Marta Del Grandi, NEWĀRK, Nusantara Beat, plonki, PUNCHBAG, QUANZA, Sorvina, stay away from dante!, Susobrino, Welly, Wesley Joseph.

The festival describes the new additions as moving fluidly across styles, from indie rock and avant-pop to jazz, electronic music and physical performance.

Three highlights the festival is spotlighting

Man/Woman/Chainsaw, from South London, is framed as one of the most exciting young live acts right now, built around noisy freak-outs, unusual melodies and emotionally charged pop songs. Stereogum is quoted as saying: “Each song has its own unpredictable flavour, but they all seem to come from the same collective consciousness.”

Nusantara Beat returns after a previous appearance at MOMO Festival 2023. The band’s line-up includes musicians connected to Altın Gün, Jungle by Night and EUT, and blends 20th-century Indonesian songs with their own contemporary approach.
