WielerZesdaagse Rotterdam: six days of thrilling cycling

HAPPENING 1–6 Dec 2026 | If you like your sport loud, fast and unashamedly theatrical, the WielerZesdaagse Rotterdam is your winter fix. Inside Rotterdam Ahoy, track racing becomes a nightly spectacle: roaring sprints, tactical pair racing and the hypnotic whirl of riders chasing laps beneath arena lights.

What you can expect

The programme mixes endurance and speed. Across the week you can watch the koppelkoers (madison style pair racing), points racing, derny paced events and a sprint tournament featuring pure horsepower. The 2026 edition promises high stakes, with reigning madison world champion Lindsay De Vylder officially confirmed to join the roster.

You can also look forward to specific battles like the GPN/Provato Sprint Cup, the Houcon Derny Cup and the Rotterdam Topsport Talents Cup. Between races, the first ring of Ahoy hosts stands where you can wander, eat and reset before the next surge of noise from the track. If you are visiting for business, Tuesday marks the return of the Rotterdamplein networking event, while Wednesday hosts the AGF-tuinbouwplein.
