ROTTERDAM, 14 October 2026 – Brasserie Euromast has introduced a new autumn and winter menu, bringing seasonal dishes to its dining room 96 metres above Rotterdam. The menu launches on 14 October and ranges from coffee and lunch during the day to venison, seafood, vegetarian dishes and multi-course dinners in the evening.
A seasonal menu after the Euromast renovation
The new menu arrives a few months after the Euromast reopened following its 2026 renovation. The brasserie was included in the refurbishment, receiving a new interior and restaurant concept while keeping its panoramic position high above the city.
Since reopening in July, thousands of visitors have used the brasserie, according to the Euromast. The menu is changed twice a year to reflect the season, with the latest edition covering autumn and winter.
General manager Menno Noordenbos says the first months after reopening have shown how differently people use the restaurant.
“It feels good to have the place full of life again. Since July, we have seen how many people are finding their way back to the Euromast, and everyone experiences it in their own way. Some spontaneously come in for coffee, while others are celebrating a special occasion. With the autumn menu, we are giving that a seasonal accent.”
The Euromast's current restaurant information describes the renovated brasserie as serving contemporary takes on familiar brasserie dishes, with an emphasis on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible.

From burgers to venison and sea bass
Lunch is served from 12:00 to 17:00. One of the menu's signature dishes remains the Euromast burger, made with onion salsa, aged Rotterdam cheese, tomato and pickle. The recipe follows the principles of Het Nieuwe Nassen, a Rotterdam initiative aimed at using less meat and more vegetables without turning the dish into a completely different kind of burger.
Other lunch options include a falafel burger made with yellow peas from the Hoeksche Waard, smoked bavette, lobster salad, gravadlax on a bagel and a camembert sandwich with fig chutney, honey and pistachio pesto. The seasonal soup is pear and parsnip with herb oil and croutons.
Dinner begins at 17:00. The autumn menu moves more clearly into colder-weather territory, with venison steak and spiced jus, braised pork cheeks, grilled entrecôte, tournedos and grilled sea bass with a white-wine and pumpkin sauce. Vegetarians can choose pappardelle with mushrooms, truffle, sage and blue cheese, while starters include roasted pumpkin with mini burrata and gravadlax with winter carrot.
A chef's menu and autumn desserts
Visitors who prefer a longer dinner can choose the chef's menu. Prices currently range from €48.50 for three courses to €61.50 for five courses, with optional wine pairings available.
The dessert section also leans into the season. Options include pear crumble with meringue and tonka bean ice cream, vanilla cheesecake with salted caramel and cinnamon, and rooibos crème brûlée with salted caramel ice cream. A five-cheese board focuses on local cheeses.
Even the non-alcoholic drinks pick up the autumn theme. The menu includes a Winter Nights mocktail made with orange, cinnamon, star anise and sparkling water.
The brasserie remains open for less elaborate visits too. Coffee, tea and cakes can be ordered separately, including Dudok apple pie and seasonal pastries.

Lunch or dinner with Rotterdam below you
The food may change with the season, but the setting remains the obvious difference between this brasserie and most restaurants in Rotterdam.
From its position in the Euromast, the dining room looks across the city and harbour. That means lunch can double as part of a daytime visit to the tower, while dinner moves into a very different setting as the city lights come on.
The Euromast also continues to offer the brasserie for meetings, receptions, business lunches and group dinners.
Reservations and the current menu are available through the Euromast website.
How to get there
The Euromast is at Parkhaven 20, beside Het Park. Tram 8 stops at Euromast, while Coolhaven metro station is within walking distance. The tower can also be reached by water taxi. Drivers will find paid parking around Parkhaven, while the Euromast also points visitors towards Q-Park Schiecentrale, around ten minutes away on foot.
