HAPPENING 26 TO 29 NOVEMBER 2026 | EXCELLENT woonbeurs returns to Rotterdam Ahoy with designer homes, interiors, art, outdoor living and other high-end lifestyle inspiration. The annual fair brings together companies and designers working at the luxury end of the residential market.
A platform for contemporary living
From 26 to 29 November 2026, the EXCELLENT woonbeurs will occupy halls 3, 5 and 6 at Rotterdam Ahoy. Ahoy currently lists RTM A as the event entrance.
The 2026 presentation spans interiors, art, second homes and outdoor living, with displays ranging from furniture and designer lighting to kitchens, bathrooms, gardens, swimming pools, home cinemas and indoor wellness.
Rotterdam Ahoy currently bills the event as bringing together more than 300 exhibitors. EXCELLENT Magazine's own pages show lower totals, so the precise final exhibitor count appears still to be in flux. A 2026 exhibitor directory is already available from the organiser.

Designer homes take centre stage
One of the fair's signatures is its collection of complete designer homes. Rather than presenting individual products in isolation, these furnished spaces show how kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, lighting, entertainment and wellness can work together as part of a complete interior.
The walk-through format lets you see materials, furnishings and technology in a domestic setting rather than as isolated showroom objects, making the designer homes one of the fair's most practical sources of interior inspiration.

Opening hours and tickets
The opening evening on Thursday 26 November is scheduled from 19:00 to midnight. Rotterdam Ahoy currently lists Friday 27 November from 11:00 to 19:00, Saturday 28 November from 11:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 29 November from 10:00 to 17:00.
The organiser currently publishes a different Friday timetable, so it is worth checking the latest schedule shortly before travelling.

Getting to Rotterdam Ahoy
Rotterdam Ahoy is at Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BA Rotterdam, close to Zuidplein in Rotterdam South. Zuidplein metro and bus station is about a five-minute walk from Ahoy, and you can travel directly towards Zuidplein by metro from Rotterdam Centraal.
If you are travelling by car, Ahoy has more than 2,500 parking spaces. The venue currently charges €21 per event day, or €20 when a guaranteed space is booked online in advance. Check current road and parking information before setting off, particularly on busy event days.
