Morgan & Mees Rotterdam will observe International Chardonnay Day on Thursday 22 May with a menu item that focuses on the popular white grape. The offering is the result of a culinary collaboration with Ian en Wijn and G&B Yerseke.
A glass of Petit Chablis will be paired with a handmade raviolo filled with white asparagus, smoked salmon flakes, and fish roe. The dish is priced at €9.50 and will be available exclusively on the day itself.
The event places seasonal ingredients in the spotlight and aligns with a broader international trend of recognising single-varietal wine days.
