On stage he prepares vegetable‑forward meals, tray‑bake dishes and desserts that can be made in under 30 minutes, cooked in one pot or prepped ahead.
Ottolenghi will discuss his philosophy of creating space to relax in the kitchen and answer questions about weeknight cooking, pantry essentials and achieving abundant flavour with simple ingredients.
