ROTTERDAM, 7 November 2025 – Housing corporation Havensteder has presented its first-ever Havensteder Award for Best Construction Contractor to Plegt-Vos. The award recognises craftsmanship, reliability and innovation in housing projects across the Rotterdam region.
Plegt-Vos was selected for its work on the Fascinatio development in Capelle aan den IJssel, where 161 sustainable and energy-efficient social housing units are being built using prefabricated elements — allowing faster completion and reduced environmental impact.
