Weird Nightmare, the indie and garage-rock solo project of Alex Edkins (also known as the frontman of METZ), heads to Rotown in Rotterdam for a night of raw riffs with a melodic bite. Released via the legendary Sub Pop label, the project mixes scrappy guitar energy with sticky hooks and flashes of power pop, aiming for a set that hits hard while still letting the choruses shine.

The listing promises an energetic live show built around new tracks as well as older favourites, with Edkins’ punk background pushing through in the grit and urgency, while the songwriting leans more towards melody and hook-driven rock.
