ROTTERDAM, 18 December 2025 – If you want to lock in a proper all-day electronic music plan in Rotterdam, Audio Obscura has put a date on its next festival. Audio Obscura Festival is set for Saturday 29 August 2026 at the UNESCO-listed Van Nelle Factory (Van Nelle Fabriek), running from lunchtime into the evening.

Description
Van Nelle Fabriek works brilliantly as a music venue because it already feels like a stage: a huge industrial landmark of concrete, steel and glass, with long sightlines, high ceilings, and that unmistakable “Rotterdam icon” atmosphere. It’s set up for events at scale, with multiple spaces that can be configured for anything. From an intimate set to a full-on festival crowd, plus modern audio-visual facilities and the option to fully darken rooms for a proper club feel.
