BIRD turns into a musical ode to Ghana as Andromeda brings together makers from the Netherlands and beyond for an evening of music, culture and community. This edition focuses on Highlife, the iconic Ghanaian genre where African rhythms, soul, jazz and funk meet.

The evening starts with a talk about Ghanaian culture, art, music and community. After that, the music takes over with a live concert by Higherlife, Kwame Yeboah and Candy Dulfer, followed by a large joint jam session where everything comes together.

Expect deep grooves, warm energy, thoughtful conversations and a room moving to the rhythm of Highlife. Visitors can choose between a separate ticket for the talk or a full evening ticket including the talk, concert and jam.
