Description

Shaemless come to Rotown with new material and a raw, unruly mix of post-punk and garage rock. The Nijmegen trio takes cues from bands such as The Jesus Lizard and The Birthday Party, shaping those influences into something darker, noisier and wonderfully tense.

For their upcoming second album, the band worked with producer Daniel Fox of Gilla Band at Sonic Studios in Dublin. That collaboration pushes their sound further into shadowy, abrasive territory, with a sharper edge and a more intense live charge.

Shaemless have already appeared at Left of the Dial, Misty Fields and Valkhof, and played a sold-out show at V11 in 2024. Fans of The Murder Capital, The Birthday Party and The Stooges should feel right at home. For a first listen, try Camel Blue.
