Bob Wayne rolls into Baroeg in Rotterdam with a Sunday bill that leans hard into outlaw country, rough-edged Americana and a crowd that is rarely easy to pin down. Alongside Tio Gringo and Renegade Bandits, the American songwriter brings the kind of show where punks, rockers, headbangers and country diehards all somehow end up in the same room.
