The Wailers – 50 Years of Positive Vibrations Tour

Legendary reggae outfit The Wailers commemorate the 50th anniversary of their landmark album Rastaman Vibration. This tour, titled 50 Years of Positive Vibrations, pairs deep cuts from the 1976 record with timeless hits that continue to unite audiences. Songs like “Positive Vibration,” “Roots, Rock, Reggae” and “War” remain potent reminders of reggae’s messages of resistance, spirituality and hope. Under the leadership of bassist Aston Barrett Jr., son of original Wailers bassist Aston “Family Man” Barrett, the band honours its roots while pushing the music forward. The concert takes place in the Grote Zaal, offering Rotterdam a slice of Jamaican history.
