A cross-border jazz explosion with the brightest young talent from the Netherlands and Germany

Prepare for a powerful musical encounter as two of Europe's top youth jazz orchestras—the Nationaal Jeugd Jazz Orkest (NJJO) and Germany's Bundesjazzorchester (BuJazzO)—join forces on stage. This collaborative project, led by acclaimed Dutch guitarist and composer Reinier Baas and German saxophonist Niels Klein, brings together around 45 young top musicians in an electrifying celebration of European jazz.

Expect rotating line-ups, rich big band textures, genre-defying compositions, and boundless energy as these two ensembles breathe new life into the future of jazz. The afternoon concert promises a dynamic blend of improvisation, contemporary jazz, minimal music and global grooves.
