Description
mustbejohn comes to Rotown with sharp British storytelling, danceable indie-alternative and electronic influences. The London artist writes about city life, friendships, nights out and personal growth, turning everyday moments into Britpop-flavoured electronic tracks with a strong live pulse.
Since 2019, he has built a loyal following and collected more than 20 million streams. In 2025, his sound shifted further towards indie and alternative, while keeping its UK rap, house and electronic roots intact.
Fans of The Streets, Antony Szmierek, Yard Act and Kae Tempest should feel very much in the right room. Start with Jenny’s House.
