John Coffey

John Coffey return to Rotown with a night built for loud guitars, moshpits, crowdsurfing and proper punkrock chaos. The Utrecht band is known for explosive live shows, heavy riffs and the kind of energy that makes a small room feel slightly unsafe in the best possible way.

After a long pause, John Coffey came back in 2023 with new music, a comeback album and a fresh hunger for the stage. That return quickly led to sold-out shows, packed festival fields and a new generation discovering why the band has such a wild live reputation.

One legendary detail still follows them around: in 2015, singer David Achter de Molen went viral after catching a thrown beer while crowdsurfing and drinking it mid-air. Ridiculous? Yes. Iconic? Also yes.
