Description
Raymond van het Groenewoud comes to LantarenVenster with more than five decades of Dutch-language rock, chanson and poetry behind him. The Belgian singer-songwriter remains one of the most recognisable voices in the genre, balancing emotion, humour and sharp observation with music that has reached several generations.
Songs such as Meisjes, Je Veux De L’Amour and Liefde voor Muziek helped establish his reputation, while his live performances continue to show why he remains such a compelling stage artist. Backed by his band, Van het Groenewoud takes the audience through a catalogue filled with passion, energy and familiar moments.
The concert at LantarenVenster is mainly standing, with a limited number of balcony seats available. It offers a rare chance to see a living Belgian music legend up close in Rotterdam.
