Dutch composer and pianist Joep Beving returns with a new chapter of intimate concerts that chart his recent musical path. Known for meditative, minimalist pieces that pair structure with breath and space, Beving has grown a global audience and performed in halls from the Sydney Opera House to the Elbphilharmonie. This special Rotterdam date places his reflective piano music inside the soaring acoustic of Laurenskerk, creating an evening designed for quiet focus and connection. Laurenskerk (St. Lawrence Church) is the only remaining late-gothic building in central Rotterdam and serves not only as a historical landmark but also as a venue for concerts and cultural events.
