Saxophonist Maarten Hogenhuis revives his trio with bassist Phil Donkin and drummer Mark Schilders, presenting music from a new Cole Porter project recorded largely in one takes. Expect modern textures, subtle electronics and agile improvisation set against Porter’s classic melodies, with close-knit interplay at the centre. This seated concert takes place at LantarenVenster on the Wilhelminapier in Rotterdam.
