During In The Round at LantarenVenster, you experience live music up close. The band performs not on stage, but in the middle of the room, surrounded by the audience. Visitors lie on yoga mats around the musicians, creating an intimate, sensory and immersive encounter.

Anaphora is an athletic fusion of jazz and non-European traditions, weaving prepared piano and found percussion into hypnotic soundscapes. Their album Bloom presents a colourful, genre-defying hybrid where techno-tinged textures and urban grooves merge with cyclical rhythms and entrancing melodies.

With a light yet physical approach, the trio combines discipline with freedom. The music flows like shifting currents—transparent yet powerful, airy yet dense. Listening feels like an exercise in deep focus, an expanding breath that washes over like a wave. Repeated listening is highly recommended.
