Description

Singer-songwriter Charlotte OC brings her blend of alternative pop infused with gospel, soul and house to Rotown. Raised by an Irish father and Malawian mother, she grew up surrounded by folk and soul influences that continue to shape her distinctive sound. Her music carries a dark, emotive atmosphere, weaving folk-like melodies with hypnotic R&B production and downtempo electronic textures.

Her latest EP Seriously Love, Go Home follows two acclaimed albums and the 2020 EP Oh The Ecstasy, Oh The Agony, which earned international recognition from outlets including Paper Magazine, Nylon and Clash, and received airplay on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2. In Germany, her releases even made it into the charts, further cementing her growing reputation.
