Description
Dublin band Really Good Time come to V11 with a chaotic, danceable mix of indie rock, rave energy, crankwave and post-punk. The band does not take itself too seriously, with song titles such as Shit One, Bob Dylan Was on Pawn Stars in 2010 and Really Good Song. The music, however, hits with real purpose.
Their sound is restless, punchy and built for movement, combining sharp guitars, driving rhythms and a playful sense of disorder. After a previous Rotterdam appearance at Left of the Dial, Really Good Time return for a show around their upcoming album Affirmations.
Fans of Shame, Fontaines D.C. and Fat Dog should feel right at home with this one: loud, sweaty and just unhinged enough to keep V11 on its toes.
Tickets go on sale on Thursday 9 July at 10:00.
