The Elements - DProject Orchestra

Description

DProject Orchestra presents the world premiere of The Elements, a new orchestral work by composer and conductor Marnix Willem Steffen. The musical journey explores earth, fire, air and water, tracing a path from the emergence of life to the contrasting forces and atmospheres associated with each element.

Young conservatoire musicians form the orchestra, joined by Peruvian artist Sons de Samay on crystal singing bowls. Specially designed lighting adds a visual layer to the performance.
