- Category:
- Live Music in Rotterdam
Description
Belle and Sebastian come to Theater Rotterdam with a special anniversary show celebrating 30 years of Tigermilk. The Scottish indie pop band will perform their classic debut album in full, followed by a second set featuring favourites from their wider catalogue.
Released in 1996, Tigermilk grew into one of the most beloved and influential indie albums of its era. Its gentle melodies, sharp observations and bittersweet charm helped define Belle and Sebastian’s sound, while giving generations of listeners a soft spot for literate, slightly awkward guitar pop. Cute, clever and quietly devastating. Very on brand.
At Theater Rotterdam, the band gives fans a rare chance to hear the album live from start to finish, with extra room for the songs that made their catalogue so enduring.
