Ruel

Ruel brings his latest tour to Annabel in Rotterdam, joined by support act Sadie Jean. The British-Australian singer-songwriter, who also has Dutch roots, broke through at a strikingly young age and quickly grew into an international pop name with a sound that blends soul, R&B and polished modern pop.

What has kept Ruel interesting is that he has not stayed fixed in one lane. His music continues to shift and mature, something that can also be heard on his third album, Kicking My Feet & Screaming. That mix of emotional directness and sleek production helps explain why he is often placed alongside artists such as Shawn Mendes, Lauv, Dean Lewis and Troye Sivan. In a live setting, that usually translates into a set built for a young, fully engaged crowd rather than a detached pop spectacle.

This concert is organised by Rotown and Annabel and will be a standing-room show.
