An Orchestral Tribute to Tim Burton & Dark Fantasy by Moonlight
Tue, 27. October 2026, 20:00 h Europe/Amsterdam
Description
The Illuminated Orchestra brings a dark-fantasy film music concert to de Doelen beneath the glow of a giant moon. An 18-piece chamber orchestra and live vocalists perform music associated with Tim Burton films and other gothic and fantasy favourites.
The 75-minute programme includes music from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, Corpse Bride, Alice in Wonderland, Batman, Beetlejuice and Sleepy Hollow, alongside Labyrinth, Wednesday and The Addams Family. The production combines orchestral performance with atmospheric staging rather than presenting the films themselves.
