Description
On Friday, 28 February 2025, the Belgian garage punk sensation Crackups will take the stage at V11 in Rotterdam. Doors open at 21:00, with the show starting at 21:30. Tickets are priced from €13.50, including service fees—an absolute steal for a night of raw energy and chaotic fun.
Crackups are a band of extremes: lightning-fast, razor-sharp, and deafeningly loud, yet always with an impeccable ear for melody and detail. This four-piece band masterfully treads the line between unhinged chaos and perfectly crafted party anthems. Their searing garage punk cuts through like a knife, but with a smoothness that hits the ear just right.
The band’s debut album, Animals On Acid (2011), earned them cult status before they went on hiatus shortly after its release. True to form, Crackups made a triumphant comeback in 2019, and with their third album, Plexi, released in October 2024, they’ve proven they’ve lost none of their electrifying energy. Crackups are the musical equivalent of a quadruple espresso: intense, energetic, and delightfully unhinged, with a no-nonsense attitude to match.
Organised by Rotown and V11, this standing-room-only event promises to be an unforgettable night of pure adrenaline.
