Heavy riffs and psychedelic grooves at Roodkapje

The Atomic Bitchwax, formed by three members of stoner rock icons Monster Magnet, return to Rotterdam with their raw, riff-driven sound. Drawing heavily from proto-metal and the riff masters of the ’60s and ’70s, the band’s set is a high-octane trip through fuzz-laden rock history. Expect powerful guitar work from bassist-vocalist Chris Kosnik and a punchy live performance that connects instantly with fans.

Joining them is Bismut, a heavy instrumental psych band from Nijmegen. Since their formation in 2016, the trio have carved out a distinctive sound, blending progressive rock, doom, metal, stoner, and heavy psych into what they call “pure instrumental death-boogie.” Their improvisational energy and diverse musical backgrounds make for a rich, hypnotic live experience.
