Fearless, genre-defying, and emotionally raw: Bria Salmena steps fully into the spotlight.

Known for her work with Canadian post-punk band FRIGS and as a vocalist in Orville Peck’s live band, Bria Salmena now charts her own course. With a voice that moves fluidly between tender and fierce, Salmena crafts alternative pop songs where vulnerability and connection take centre stage. Her solo material is bold, uncompromising, and unmistakably her own.

Her debut album Big Dog promises a transformative journey through krautrock, shoegaze, goth, and darkwave textures—wrapped in haunting lyrics and evocative vocals. Think Sharon van Etten meets Lucy Dacus in a dark dream.
