Wax Head is a drummer-led punk band from Manchester. Drawing influences from noise, sixties garage, psychedelia, punk, and even jazz, they forge their eclectic sound into razor-sharp, high-energy psych-garage-punk tracks. Their songs strike a perfect balance — knowing when to explode into chaotic energy and when to float effortlessly, giving you a moment to breathe.

Their self-titled debut album Wax Head was released in 2021, but standing still isn’t in their vocabulary. Live, they deliver a raw, chaotic explosion of sweat and energy. Expect the unexpected: wild, uncompromising, and intense.
